The last puppy (Poppy) went to her new family this afternoon, she is going to be living on a farm just out side Truro and is going to have a wonderful time with Richard and Jacynth and their elderly Jack Russel Bingo, who won't know what has come to live with her!!
Good luck to you all.
It is the end of an era for me and quite a sad day but life goes on.
I would love to hear from you as and when you have 5 minutes between house training and socialisation, to send me an email and photo.
Love to you all
Karen, Amber , Ruby and Fern (who are enjoying the peace and quiet).

All gone bar one
Yes it had to happen all of the puppies have now left for their new homes and are settling in well with their new families.
There is still one puppy left she was the most out going and had the most energy of the whole litter.
she has been let down now by 3 different lots of people for one she wasn't "sparky" enough and for another they decided that she wasn't enough like a minature golden retriever. Their loss !!
She is an amazing puppy on Thursday I took her and her sister to Exeter to meet with one of the puppies new family they traveled really well , even though it was VERY hot .
She was a star, she played on a blanket and was totally unfazed by ANY THING that was going on around her, all of the BIG lorries rattling and vrooming past ,screaming children, other dogs and being picked up and fussed over by total strangers.
She has had her first vaccination and a full health check at the vet, and she is going to their puppy party next week
Her house training is going really well and she is getting used to having her lead on.
I am using a clicker with her and she is picking things up really quickly.
I am also looking for a puppy class that she can join, the last thing I want for her is for her to be held back just because she hasn't found the right new home yet.
If you think that you might be the right family for her and have really thought through what having a puppy in your life involves then why not send me an email and we can have a chat about her.

Then there were 4
Well the puppies have started to go to their new families.
Lilly went on Saturday morning .
Pippa on Sunday morning.
Dill is going on Monday.
So before very long they will all be of settling into their new families.
The last 8 weeks have flown by but Amber will be glad to see them all gone , she is more than fed up with then now.
They still insist on trying to feed and they have VERY SHARP TEATH which must be very uncomfortable for her.
She will be spayed once she has fully recovered from giving birth and rearing the puppies .
She will then enjoy along and happy retirement.

We have been to the vets
Just a quick post to let you know that the puppies had their vet check this morning and all passed with flying colours.
They where all weighed and checked from head to tail and had a play and a "wee" in the surgery .All of the vet staff came and had a look and a play. So they were a big hit.
They start to go to their new homes as from tomorrow (Saturday 21st July). I don't know where the last 8 weeks have gone, it has passed so quickly.
Just to remind you that your puppy will come to you with full instructions, 2kg James Wellbeloved food and a bowl, collar and lead, toys ,puppy pads and a very smelly blanket to help them settle.
You will also get 4 weeks free insurance with Petplan.
See you all very soon.

Our trip to Pets at Home
Yesterday afternoon we all went on an outing to Pets at Home.
We meet lot's of lovely people who all cuddled and fussed over us, we also met A guinea pig up close and saw the rabbits through the glass.
There were also lots of doggy friends for us to meet one of them was fully grown and she was SMALLER than us !! we had to look twice as we couldn't believe it.
Here are the photo's Mum took, there aren't that many as she was to busy talking to every one telling them all about us. They all thought that we were lovely and several wanted to take us home with them, but it's OK mum soon put them straight that we have got our new families already lined up
We are getting used to going in the car now and just fall a sleep until we to where we are going.
You know how much we need this sign as we have very sharp teath !!!
We didn't think much of the lizards they didn't DO ANY thing not even say hello.
Don't worry we werent all alone Becky was standing right by us but didn't want her picture taking
Once we got home we were so tired that we slept until dinner time.

Growing up SO fast
Misty was just standing guard in case we needed her to rescue us from under the T.V
Sky is waiting for us to come and play with her, she loves puppies and helping them get used to cats
.
We are growing up so quickly and are now very independent, we can now get up and down the steps into the garden, are eating our food dry and not soaked and are starting to go out into the garden to "wee & poo" so there is much less cleaning up for our Mum to do now.We have been out and about in the car and are going to Pets at Home this afternoon which should be fun. We love meeting new people and have had lots of visitors come and see us at home.
When it is raining we like to play indoors and have great fun chasing the cat's who are very paitent with us.

Playing in the garden
As we are at long last having some good weather the puppies are getting to spend more and more time out in the garden.
By being in the garden it is getting them used to toileting outside and strengthening their muscles and bones
These pictures where taken yesterday afternoon.
You can see how much they have grown and how they love to play outside.
